I really like this band “Watercolor Paintings”, along with most of the bands of the Pink Couch Sessions, but I’m not sure if I can justify why except for that they rule. I’ve been getting back into whinny, twangy folk-punk music like I’m seventeen again. Thinking about taking up the ukulele so I can sing about unrequited love and my quest for eternal youth in a culturally relevant voice, then maybe go mainstream on the “Juno II” soundtrack.
